I know it's going to be a long time before server plugins work on 1.14, and 1.13 isn't even out yet.  But thinking ahead, most mob traps will break when water can flow through signs and fences, and I assume lava won't be held up by signs anymore either.

 

As new trap designs pop up, let's use this thread as a repository, and I'll keep this top post updated with links to the most efficient known designs.
